What is the price of your monthly kit? Is there more than one
option? The price of our monthly kit is $16.95 per month for
members and $18.95 for single kit purchases. Starting in March
2007 we'll also offer Plush Paks at $21.95 per month for autoship
members and $23.95 for non-members.
What is the Shipping and Handling? The USPS is increasing
postage. Therefore, we are adjusting our S&H accordingly. $5.50 -
shipped priority mail/Air Mail, US/Canada Only for Classy Paks and
$6.75 - $8.50 for Plush Paks based on location.
Do you ship to Canada? Yes. Most orders are shipped Air Mail
letter-post or Air Mail parcel-post, as appropriate. S/H is $5.50 for
Classy Paks and $6.75 for Plush Paks. We strongly recommend
sending all packages with USPS Delivery Insurance. If you do not
choose Delivery Insurance then we cannot be responsible for lost
packages. Claims of loss will be processed through the USPS
according to their rules and procedures. Delivery Insurance is
typically $10 and up. Contact us for additional information.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship internationally via
USPS First Class International Mail. We strongly recommend
sending all packages with USPS Delivery Insurance. If you do not

When is the picture of the new kit posted to the website? A
sneak peek for the coming month is usually posted around the
25th of each month.
When is the kit shipped? When is it charged out? The kit begins
shipping between the 10th and 17th of each month. Cards are
currently charged based on your join date and will be charged at
the same time each month. Classy Coordinates follows a
mid-month shipping schedule.
Is there a newsletter? Yes. We provide an e:newsletter with
techniques, layout and card ideas, title and quote ideas and
sketches. Providing an e:newsletter allows us to provide you with
more papers and embellishments in your monthly pak! PLEASE
NOTE: Starting in April 2007 Plush Paks will include an idea
sheet in each Plush Pak!

Absolutely! Although we think you will like every Classy
Pak, we understand that one may not suit you. Please
notify us prior to shipping and we will skip sending the
Classy Pak that month and send you a Classy Pak at a
later date. (Please note: cards are automatically charged.
We will simply extend your membership by a month.)
What if I need to cancel my membership prior to my
subscription expiration. Can I? Subscriptions can be
cancelled at anytime without further obligation. You simply
keep the Classy Paks you have already paid for. Although,
we allow membership to be cancelled, we ask that you
review our past kits before joining to see if Classy
Coordinates is the club for you. If you are interested in
simply receiving one kit, we do have the option of single kit
purchases. Please use this option for single kit purchases.

What if something gets damaged in shipping or is
missing from my Classy Pak? Claims of missing or
damaged items must be reported directly to us within 10
days of shipping. Because, we do not ship damaged items
we also ask that you report the damage to your local post
office. Please be sure to get a return approval before
shipping damaged goods back to us. In the case that we
are unable to replace the items, you may return the entire
Classy Pak for a credit toward a future Classy Pak. Please
note: Since we ship with delivery confirmation we cannot be
held responsible for missing packages which have been
confirmed delivered.
Are there any referral rewards if I tell all my friends?
Definitely! For every 3 people you refer who join, you will
receive a FREE Classy Scrap Pak. We'll automatically
send it with your next Classy Pak. It's that simple. You
must be listed as their referral at the time of sign up and
you must be a 3 or 6 month member.
Do you have contests or games to win extra supplies?
